On october the 21st AllgäuNetz GmbH & Co. KG was founded. AllgäuNetz main functions are the construction, maintenance and service oft the regional electrical network.

Our shareholders are:
•    Allgäuer Überlandwerk GmbH
•    Allgäuer Kraftwerke GmbH
•    Energieversorgung Oberstdorf GmbH
•    Energieversorgung Oy-Kressen e.G.
•    Energiegenossenschaft Mittelberg e.G.

With the foundation of AllgäuNetz the requirements of the power economy law from 7th of july in 2005 are fulfilled.
